Frazione Vallecanto
Incastonati nel verde dei boschi, a picco sul fiume, ci sono i resti del Castello dei Varano con la cinta muraria che racchiude la chiesetta romanica di S. Margherita, il cui interno fu interamente affrescato nei primi anni del Quattrocento.
Varano Castle and enclosure walls
Set in green woods above the river are the ruins of Castello dei Varano; the enclosure walls contain the Romanesque church of S. Margherita, the inside of which was entirely frescoed during the first part of the fifteenth Century.
